This entry is actually from March 20, 2012. I just didn't post it until after midnight.

I know I need to cut back on the soda. I know I need to improve GREATLY on my water intake. I also know I need to decrease my calories and add in more veggies.

When I initially started my weightloss in 10/2006, I weighed 388 pounds. I got down to 223 by 8/2007 and kept it off until 6/2008 when my mom passed away. I went back to comfort foods at that time. By 1/2012, I weighed in at 251. I started back on Atkins, Feb 1, 2012 and have dropped 11 pounds according to the doc's scale. According to my scale at home, I am down to 236. I like my scale at home better ;)

This is a new way to keep me accountable. So we will see how it goes. I will probably journal more of the emotional aspects of this journey. So this is just a little introduction of where I've come from so far.
