Aww...Sorry, hon. And you're so close to your goal, too! Grrrr! A couple of thoughts...I've never asked how tall you are, but am wondering if your goal is a mite too low? (you look tall in your picture, ;) lol) Also, I wonder if eating your heavier meal in the morning would help? I know it sounds crazy to do that, but when you eat heavier in the evening, you have less time to burn that off, know what I mean? And, it might trick your metabolism a bit to switch things around...if you think I'm nuts, it's ok...I've been called worse :) Do let me know what you think though, and don't give up...in the grand scheme of things, what's a couple of pounds, really, as long as it STAYS a couple of pounds and doesn't GROW on you. (do I sound like the little devil on your shoulder? sorry...)

When I say 'struggling' I mean I'm eating too much (and not recording all of it - there, said it!) I'm struggling with the evening munchies, even though I'm physically full up after my evening meal. I have thought about getting my breakfast cereal and fruit in a bowl for lunch and having eggs or something at breakfast time instead - maybe we'll try it at the weekend. I don't think my goal is too low, I'm about 5'4", but I don't think I feel determined enough to fight to get there at the moment, and like you said yesterday, Baxie, maintenance is good enough for now. However, the weather's starting to get warmer and brighter so may that'll give me a boost to get rid of that last little bit and keep it off.

A nighttime tea usually helps distract me from eating extra munchies. Licorice Tea is also known as 'sweet root'. This tea maintains blood-sugar levels in the body and helps control cravings for sweets, oolong teas have also received attention as appetite suppressant teas that aid in weight loss, and of course green teas. :)
