Things have been very chaotic of late, I have been undergoing biopsies to rule in or out cervical cancer so really I've not been in a mind to dedicate myself to anything other than getting through the wait to find out the biopsy results. My weight is maintaining at 226 more than I like but not as bad as it could be. I continue to try and eat decent and am walking about a half mile to a mile most days running between bus stops, stores, doctors offices and just around the hotel in general. Not the kind of exercise I want to do but it works I guess.
