well i told my best friend the other day i wanted to lose 15 lbs in the three weeks before my birthday, now i know this is unrealistic, but it has motivated me into working harder at the gym and resisting temptation at the dinner table. in a week and 5 days i have managed to lose 8 lbs, so if i keep this rate up, i may just surprise everyone.
