Tore the ligaments in my ankle July 5th and have been limited in activity. went from 15000 steps a day down to 2000 to 3000 only. tried to monitor food but summer bbq made it extra hard. cried this morning when I stepped on the scale... As if yesterday I am allowed low impact motions now so I started yesterday back at the gym with just the elliptical and so today (after my cry) is al about getting back to where I was before the injury. I did it once I can do this again
