I've been making good progress, have lost a lot of water weight no doubt and not drinking beer anymore has definitely helped me debloat and get rid of empty calories.
So far I've been eating a lot of stir fry and chicken with veggies for meals. Lean cuisines here and there on hectic days. Soup and salad for lunch sometimes. I love the Bear Creek minestrone soup. The sodium is a bit high but I make sure to drink plenty of water along with it.
Apples, 1% cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes and rice cakes are my go to snacks. Rice cakes just when I'm craving chips or crackers.
The other day I made stir fry with carrots, celery, onions, chicken and a handful of cashews and paired that with some riced cauliflower and a bit of lite soy sauce. It was pretty good!
