I have been bad about logging on with my computer, I have decided that I am having a very hard time on Atkins since I had reached a plateau and have changed up my diet. I also started a new job so I am hoping with my changes I can continue to lose weight. I have added back fruit and nuts to my diet and a small amount of carbs but trying to eat the whole grain not the white refined carbs.
