Oh man, have I been a bad girl! Multiple small cheats and one big cheat on Friday (cake AND a donut). The cravings are back with a vengeance! So I've decided to let myself have anything I want today (within SOME reason), to try to get it out of my system, and then back to it hardcore tomorrow. I consider myself extrememly fortunate that I haven't gained much - just a few ounces. Hope I can keep it that way. :(

Oh I'm right there with you. Started with my first cheat of chinese food last week and now my will is shot. Half a cupcake, toast, chili and lots of wine. I'm not posting my numbers/food because I'm getting back on track today!!!! Hopefully I got it out of my system like you will today. Enjoy and move on, right? Have a happy Monday.

It worked for me - I hope it did for you too! I felt so gross after I pigged out yesterday that I don't even WANT any food - lol. Going totally fluids today, with (surprisingly) no cravings. I gained 3 1/2 pounds doing that, but I really have a feeling it'll come right back off quickly, and somehow this got me totally re-motivated!! SWEET!!! :-)
