My weigh in is tomorrow, but I don't think there will be a change. My calorie counting and low carbs has been good this past week. I've lost 2" in my belly. I see where a lot of fsers say they feel better and I finally can say the same. Even though my loss is only 10 pounds total, I do feel better. When I am walking, I don't notice my fat belly anymore. It doesn't bounce and stick out like before. I have to tighten my belts to keep my pants on. But I'm at a plateau. I made the fat flush booster drink, yuck. I put too much cilantro and parsley, and lemon. It was too strong. I will go back to the whey drinks and hot lemon water.
