I had gone down a little since July 8 but then up a little. I will be starting back to work this next Wednesday, Aug 30 (besides working in my home clearing out old things and organizing what I keep).
I will try not to snack on sweets (those pesky bite size candy bars I usually don't count as calories eaten) and I will be having meals consisting of Herbalife protein and meal powders, Atkins meal and snack bars, Jenny Craig for dinner and maybe dessert in the evening. I hope to keep up my water consumption to 60+ ounces, and fresh veggies and fruits (as a dessert).
I will remember to log on to Fatsecret each week to update my weight. Hopefully by my birthday (September 30) I can be down at least 5 more pounds (hopefully under 140 pounds!)
