Began seriously to change diet and exercise the beginning of February. Lost 9 pounds the first eight days, and weight has remained constant during the eight days since then. I've been walking at a moderate pace (not up to brisk yet) for about 45 minutes five mornings a week.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
