135.4, 37.5% body fat, no exercise--starting again this weekend. Still have somewhat of a cough and think it may be do to the asthma inhaler--since I don't have asthma (supposedly), I'm going to try to go off of it again (last time I my cough got very, very bad). Since I'm off work for a while (we're closed btwn xmas and new years), if I get worse, I have time to go back on it again. I think I have maintained my weight by losing muscle I have built up through months of exersizing (sad). I was actually surprised at the scale this morning b/c I Have been very 'off' atkins--only back on for the last 2 days.
