Joined Anytime Fitness this past week. I started lifting weights again for the first time in 20+ years. I am sore all over, but it feels good because I am sore from working hard for myself. Everyday I feel tired and unmotivated until I have forced myself to go to the gym. Then when I am leaving the gym I feel energized and ready to do more!
