Glad to see the scales show a loss of 6 lbs. Since I know that is impossible, that means the initial weight gain was due to water weight from having too much sodium in my diet. On Paleo, we're supposed to watch our salt intake anyway. Will try harder. Yesterday was pretty successful; I did get some protein through a can of sardines, and although I didn't do any cardio, I did complete upper body weight training.

I ran out the house on an errand, and--out of habit--stopped at a 7-11 to get my favorite flavored coffee (blueberry. In contemplating the hazards of diet sugar, I opted for the real thing. Wasn't thinking about Paleo at the time.
So, I violated 2 ways--sugar and cream. I have to become more conscious.
