Had to drive into Chicago yesterday to meet with my daughter, and really pigged out. First, although we were meeting for dinner, I stopped at Taco Bell along the way and had a couple of tacos. Later on, at dinner, I had a Chipotle chicken salad which was laden with guacamole.
On my way back, I got sleepy and stopped off in the McDonald's parking to lot for a quick nap. Upon awakening, I threw caution to the wind and bought a small shamrock shade, a side salad, and small Chicken Mcbites.
Woke up today with a tummy ache. It will take at least a couple of days to recover from this one. I'm not going to even weigh myself until next week.
Driving a distance has become stressful for me because of the diabetes. I've got to learn a way to address this by predisposing myself and taking prepacked healthy foods along with me.
