It seems I have plateaued. I am up and down a pound. My official weigh in day is Mondays. I just check during the week to watch it go up and down.. Hopefully, I will get down a couple of pounds. I may have to lower my daily RDI to 1200 cals. I can do it if I seriously stay away from snacks. We'll see.
