Haven't weighed for ages. Dreading what the scales will say! I really need to get back on this diet. The school holidays has made it all go wrong! Disappointed with myself as I was doing so well right it starts again now.

I think it's just that the kids are so distracting when they are off I don't really concentrate on what I'm eating. Excuses though I know! I'm back on it now 😊
