I haven't had oreos in years. And I may have gotten those delicious looking birthday ones at the store. I actually forgot about them for about a week. But then I was home alone, didn't feel like cooking dinner, but oreos sounded great. So I kind of ate like....14. No wonder I wasn't hungry for anything else all night! Turns out that was like 1,000 calories of oreos. O_o

Now I know why I don't get cookies and junk food very often. Apparently I just EAT IT ALL and forget about real food. I won't be buying oreos again for a very long time now.

In other news: it's seriously time to get my butt in gear and work out on a regular basis. REGULAR. BASIS. I do these short spurts. I need a routine. I used to have a routine, for like 6 months. I jogged on my parents' treadmill 3-4 times a week for an hour. I went from over 140 to around 128-130. Didn't do anything else, and I didn't even jog that hard most of the time. I wish I had a treadmill again. I would give myself a reward system. I could only watch a certain show that I was really into, if I was on the treadmill. It worked like a charm.

But now I don't really have anything like that. I can't watch something else while I work out, so I'm not as motivated. I guess before it was like, I had this not so guilty pleasure that I could allow myself the time to indulge in, because I wasn't JUST watching a show, I was working out too. It gave me an excuse to be lazy without being lazy.

I'll just have to force myself into a new routine of some kind. And soon. I'm sick of being in the 140's again. boo.
