so Sat. I walked an hour on the treadmill. Today I walked 35 minutes on the treadmill and did lower body weight lifting machines. The doctor said I need 150 minutes a week of exercise. So far I have 120 minutes in this week. I can do this! Watching my carbs the past 3 days, hope to see a new number on that scale tomorrow morning. Went out to dinner and I stared at the fresh baked bread and butter, but I didn't eat any!
