Been good all week but had a few beersies on Friday night. Stuck to eating carrots sticks while drinking instead of chips and dip but it goes to show what beersies can do. No change in weight but my pants etc are feeling loose. So that's a bonus. Good start to the week again so this is week four. No celebrations or fundraisers this week so should be a good one!
