Have a look at your food diary and what exercise you are doing and tweak it to shift in the other direction, don't get disheartened it's just a blip and you will soon sort it out.

I first look at the amount of calories the item is that I want too eat, BEFORE I decide to eat it. gives me more control as to eating first and then adding it into the diary.

Don't get discouraged.have you increased your intensity at gym?muscle weighs more than fat so you could've pact on lean muscle.regardless, set another goal and smash it, don't let the scale determine your mindset.

Could also just be water weight. If you weigh yourself every day, you can expect fluctuations, from 1 to even 2kg's. If your macro's are good, and you're weight training, then it most likely be muscle mass 😉

Hang in there buddy. Dont give up yet. Losing weight isnt just about the scale. Its also about how good you feel on the inside. Besides sometimes the scale gives you an unexpected result and your clothes on the other hand may feel looser. So keep going stronger.
