I'm back. Newly optimistic about weight loss despite all my stresses I am currently going through. I kept making excuse for me gaining weight. Blaming it on my daily stresses (buying a house, school, family issues, weight maintenance) gave me a reason to continue eating. I've decided to stop doing so and start exercising and eating right again. Who knows, maybe this will be another one of those times where I start and fall shortly after but it's just have to happen. I want to get to a new weight. My goal is 130 now. I know that I have to reach a small goal before but 130 is my ultimate goal now. Let's see how I do.
