OOF.
Lamb chops are huge in calories. Also very expensive and I made a ton of em for company. well, Im going to be hiking and swimming all weekend so ill burn some calories. also, since I picked back up logging I am moving downward in the weight department again. Nicely I might add.

Marinate in White wine Lemon juice olive oil garlic and herbs (mostly oregano) Then I grill em. So good

Eat the lamb chops with eggs and eat your eggs first, slowly. Eggs fill you up faster and don't contain as many calories so that way you can still enjoy your lamb chops without overeating and straying too far from a diet.

Lamb is one of my favorite meats, kind of pricey here, too, though.
