Very disappointed, being following plan religiously since last weigh in and am the same weight!!Im going to reduce my protein levels aday and see if that helps. Im already on the no cheese and cream challenge and having max of 5 oz meat at a meal = max 16 oz's a day! arghhhh pulling my hair out!!!! In ketosis and being so good!

Have you done your measurements lately? Maybe all of your hard work is paying off in a non-scale way.. Looks like you are doing pretty good. If anything, you might needmore calories when you work out.
