Rigorous 30 minute workout with Susan Powter's Moving video. Will continue with it until ready for its step routine. Has warm up, cool down, and light strength moves for arms afterward. Will continue to do stomach exercises daily.

Going out today, so I will pack some strawberries to take with me to counter Mickey D attacks.
