I keep on snacking for the whole evening today 😓😓😓😓 the good thing is my snacks are mostly vegetable ones, and I had both 30 min cycling training + 1 hour hiking in the forest today.. still have a bad feeling I exceeded my calorie limit today..

Fruit is usually my noshing food. But I don't mind an occasional dessert on holidays, as long as there is no gluten in it.

It looks to me like most days in your food diary have exceeded your calorie limit, or RDI. Your limit currently is set at 1500 calories. Your diary shows you ate 1737 today.

Anyone will lose weight at 1737 calories especially with the workouts. You're on track, good job and keep it up!

Thank you, guys! I do slightly exceed my daily calorie limit (except for yesterday), but I workout everyday, losing 400-500 kcal... perhaps this is also a reason why my body asks for more food 😓😓😓😓😓 I will keep on trying! Thank you for the support!

I found that it helps to add ginger tea or chicken broth with ginger to snack times to curb appetite
