Still up a tad more to 237.2. Cheat day still working, or chocolate and steak from yesterday. Hmm? lol
Yesterday was a nice relaxing day home. I grilled some ribeyes with my son. I am usually just fine at grilling steaks, but this time I tried to "sear" them per some friends and the internet's advice and overcooked them, perhaps even burned. So we ate what was edible since we could not save half as planned. Plus I was mad! Oh well, I will go back to my trusted methods for these, why I even wanted to change them after 25+ years of success is beyond me. The steak certainly put me over my RDI, let alone the 5 pieces of chocolate after.
Other than that there was not much going on. Relaxed a bit. Skyped with my wife and daughter in the states for a bit, and did more shopping.
Today I have to take Zach to school to make the payment for next semester. So I am up early even though I am off today. I will have my cereal routine. Planning a healthy lunch (better than usual for a Sunday) and just studying for a CLEP or chilling around the house. I think a nap may be in order.
