I had a health screening at work today. Blood pressure 125 over 83. cholesterol is 232.....need to do something about that. HDL 57 and LDL 150 Waist is 36" and hips are 42". BMI 33......Oh MY!!!!

I have to do this for my HEALTH....not just to look better! Really trying to hop back on the wagon. Had a difficult time lately. Lots of extended family issues. Thank GOD my household is OK. Still need to look out for Mom and brothers...trying to keep it together.
