In the morning my weight was 122.2 but after 2 hours in the gym and a delicious lunch it has increased to 123.2😭😂👌🏻
55.9 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
