Twenty minute walk and then I got the ladder out and washed the fascia boards on the bungalow so they are now bright and shiny again. Took two of my grandsons swimming again this afternoon and got my forty lengths in. Nice veggie bake and jacket potato for tea so am now going to have a treat of a cadbury's flake with my cup of tea. I only drink peppermint tea during the day to keep the points down.
