I can't figure it out. I'm supposed drink the hot lemon water, cranberry water to start my day. Which i have. I've stayed under the 95% rdi daily challenge. But, I gained 1.5 pounds. I also ate from the fat flush cook book menu. No potatoes for several months now. No rice. Only Sarah Lee honey wheat bread but not too often. Roasted veggies. So what gives? Any suggestions?

Thanks Topher, I needed that. I weigh on Monday mornings but the challenge seems to want me to put in a daily weight. I realize it all fluctuates daily so I will wait until Monday. I just read where weight loss is high the first week or two, but mine is minimal. I guess I have less to lose so I don't have a big water load to let go. Or at least I hope that is the reason.
