Today is my SEVENTH DAY on the
Brides-to-be Diet

and my weight is the same as yesterday.
2.300 kg lost so far.

The seventh day menu should be:
1st meal: chicken steak and green salad or tomato + cucumber salad.
2nd meal: 50 g raw walnuts.
3rd meal: chicken boiled with spinach (or nettle, or dock, or zucchini).
