My diet says I need probiotics. I read a review of the top brands and I am impressed with the reviews. What I don't like are the prices. This is new to me and I don't really want to go overboard with getting all the suggested/required items and then stop using it. Also, it is not easy to find everything, like seaweed comasio. Starting a diet is expensive. I am a day late to start now. I plan to give it a go tomorrow. I will be successful.
