I finally got the fat flush diet plan book. I read it this morning. It makes sense, but the initial cost for starting the herbal items will cost as much as a weeks groceries. I think I will start with the plan without the herbals and hope that works until I decide to follow the plan strictly. It seems simple enough if I can do without all the foods that are not good for the body. Monday starts anew.
