Glad to hear your feeling better. Your going to do great. YOU CAN DO IT! 

I'm glad you are back on track today. This is a difficult time of year and it just seems so ACCEPTABLE to trash your eating program. Looks like we're both at about the same place. I'd really like to begin 2008 with a weight in the 200's, how about you? How can we get there?
