Today is my
SIXTH DAY on the
Brides-to-be Diet
and I am 500 grams lighter than yesterday.
2.300 kg lost so far.
The
sixth day menu should be:
1st meal: broccoli soup: boil 500 g broccoli; then drain (preserve the water) and blend the broccoli with 300 ml of the same water. Add 2 eggs beaten with 250 g yogurt and boil for another minute or two.
OR: grilled trout
and green salad.
OR: chicken steak
and tomato + cucumber salad.
2nd meal: 1 slice (~ 30 g) wholegrain bread
and 1 thick slice ham.
3rd meal: tuna fish balls: drain 450 g tuna fish in brine and mix with some onions, 1 egg, savory, paprika and black pepper. Form balls and bake in hot oven for 20-30 min.
OR: steak (chicken, beef or pork)
and green salad.
