Was trying a high calorie "fat bomb" low carb but I blew it... I had breaded seafood appi's instead of dinner. I stepped on the scale this morning expecting the worst and go figure...... I lost a pound, huh..... I don't know what to think.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
