Lost 4lbs this week, fs shows 10.5 not sure how they calculate that?

They take the amount of weight you have lost since the last weigh in and multiply by 7, assuming that if you continue to lose at the rate you are that is how much you would lose in a week. You are doing fabulous.

What ctlss says makes sense. Neither way, it's not really a number useful for anything, except those days where you suddenly get an estimated goal day of tomorrow. Hope you're feeling okay. :)
