Well, the scale wouldn't budge. So I'm still at 208, after 2 months in FS I've lost 21 pounds. My percentage of fat did go down by 1%. 44% right now. I'm happy about that. It's been 5 weeks since the challange at the gym started and I've lost 14 pounds since then. Last night I weighted a lot of magazines trying to match what I've lost...I was 10 pounds short! I woke up bloated, my rings are quite tight so my guess is that's why the scale didn't move. It has been 2great great months. I haven't been hungry and I don't feel deprived. I've been able to be consistant with my workouts. It's all good.
