Bad, bad, bad yesterday! Did good all day and then got into my husband's ice cream just before I went to bed! Finished the whole container. No will power. Will start anew today! Son coming over for dinner and the soccer game. Will try a pot roast and warm spinach salad with roasted sweet potatoes and yams. I'll add green beans and asparagus for me!
