Recalculated my weight as I had reached my initial goal of 11st 11lb and have now reached 11st 7lb. I am doing it in small steps so that I don't get discouraged. I hate the gym but happy with swimming half a mile three times a week and doing a short walk most days. Can't do one today as I have to drive to fetch my grandson for summer holidays.
