14h from begining of the fast. Just woke up with no special feeling of hunger and nothing special to write about it, I felt a bloated, probebly the effect of the sugar bindge i went trough the last 2 days..
. I want to make this fasting more well documented. My blood glucose (BG) was 84.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
