took a short tumble down the stairs yesterday so I didnt do much walking afterwards. legs and shoulders are pretty sore this morning.today's going to be a long day of relaxing on the couch and I'm prepping for surgery tomorrow.

My husband fell down our stairs about 2 years ago and ended up in the hospital for a week. Now we both hold on dearly to the hand rail. Hope your feeling better today and all really for your surgery. Stay strong
