day 1 detox again! I know I have done it before but I forgot the headache! still I feel better now! I HAD GOT BACK INTO BAD HABITS! summer is here and we all want to feel good!

59.0 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg. Still to go: 5.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
