We spent over 2 hours shopping for the common areas in the building at Ikea. I got a few things I needed and we decided on what we'll be getting this week. We have to wait 'till son is in school so we can fit it in the car. What a way to burn calories! Hahaha.

Todays workout left me achy all over. But that's a good thing. I went from manual to weight loss setings on the machines. It seems harder, so hopefully I'll see better results too. My calfs hurt from it.

I had an avocado today which totally put me over my carbs limit, orden so I I thought at first 'till I realized it has so much fiber! 20 grams of NET carbs, whew. My new favorite fruit are red raspberries. Extremly low in carbs and full of fiber. I'll be eating those for awhile. Specially since hubby bought 2 big containers at Costco.

I'm feeling so much better now, energy levels are back. I'm back to working out at the gym 6 days per week. Trying to stay as active as posible.

I realized today that my waist is bigger than my hips used to be when I was in 8th grade....ughhhh...and I have a relatively small waist! Well my challange will be to get back to that if posible. I weighted in tonight and it looks unlikely that I will loose tomorrow, but I will keep my fingers crossed.
