Yesterday, After 72 hours, I finished my fast with beef broth some eggs and simple salami. It was my first fast ever, and an interstimg expirience for sure. For now I play to go back to LCHF with intermident fasting, I'm sure there will be more fasts in my future
68.1 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

@chesgreen next time you plan on fasting lets go big :-) I want to go for a week next time. thinking about a week from now to start again. I learned alot about myself during this fast

Trucker Larry will probably be down for a week fast. I play pool on Thursdays "AKA" Thirsty Thursdays and this maybe difficult to do. I'll inbox you with some thoughts / dates.
