Really strong loss the last few days, maybe it's the "whoosh" everyone talks about. Either way, I can fit in shorts that wouldn't even fit over my hips when I started. Feeling good about it.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you just follow the macro nutrients and calories? My calories seem awful high

I do, I aim for 30% carbs, 30% fat, and 40% protein and under 1400 calories. I also get a 3 mile walk in every day and strength training 3 days a week. What calorie count are you hitting? It may be fine depending on your activity level.
