Well no surprise I got off track again. My beloved grandpa passed away last week and our family came from all over to celebrate his life and mourn his passing. Both boys also ended up with some health issues so we were in and out of the Dr.'s and ER (nothing serious) so we got pretty far of our daily routine. I've just decided to try and stick to a smoothie/liquid regime for this week due to not having shopped and all my kitchen appliances being packed. (still no closing date on the house!!!!! AHHHH) I have frozen veg and a few lean cuisines if I feel the need to chew something. Hoping this gets me back on track and ready to address a real diet change in a few weeks once we are finally settled into the new house. I've already had some trail mix since I found we have very few takeaway containers at home with the packing so I was only able to make 2 smoothies for my 10 hr day and that will not be nearly enough to tide me over.

Sorry for your loss. Getting back on track quickly is very commendable, a lot of people struggle to get back or worse yet don't even bother so well done for that!
