I weighted in tonight, it's been 30 days since I weighted in for the gym challange. 11.5 pounds, of course I was hoping for more but it's not bad at all. I am shedding all that water! So I'm almost positivo there will be some loss by tomorrow. I hope it's a good one. My body is missing those black beans! Should Probably eat more green, will try tomorrow.
