Well I blew up my food journal yesterday LOL. DiGiorno rising crust pepperoni pizza...yummmmmmmy! I had 3 servings according to the package, and it sent my sodium and calories thru the roof :( It's so hard not eating the things I love and if I do, not eating too much. Poo!
